Jakob Fuhr Hansen has more than 15 years of experience in the venture and private equity industry, including as Partner at EIFO and as Co-founder and Partner of the private equity fund Nordic Alpha Partners. He has raised more than DKK 1 billion in growth capital and has been behind two IPOs with a combined capital raise of over DKK 1.4 billion. Prior to that, he founded and exited several companies within ICT, real estate, and the oil & gas industry.
He holds a Master’s degree (cand.merc.) in Finance and Accounting from Aarhus University.

1: Mergers & Acquisitions
As Partner at Flair Capital, EIFO, and Nordic Alpha Partners, Jakob has participated in numerous transactions involving capital increases as well as company acquisitions and divestments in both Denmark and internationally.
2: Capital Raising
As Partner at Nordic Alpha, he was jointly responsible for two IPOs on Nasdaq Copenhagen and First North, with a combined value exceeding DKK 1.4 billion.
3: Leadership and Board Work
CEO of the fuel chain Go’on, where he was responsible for the full journey from establishing the first gas station to building a nationwide network before the company was sold to an investor. Board experience includes several companies associated with EIFO and Nordic Alpha Partners.
4: Financial Insight
Has a strong passion for finance, initially developed through the establishment and operation of his own teaching company at Aarhus School of Business, and later refined through advisory roles involving deal structures, due diligence processes, and the final signing and closing of transactions.
