Kasper Damsø is an Associate Partner affiliated with Flair Capital. As an independent consultant, he collaborates closely with our team on selected projects, contributing his deep expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, and strategic execution. Kasper brings decades of experience from senior roles in both private and public sector organisations, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insight.
Earlier in his career, Kasper served in the Danish Armed Forces, including as a 1st Lieutenant and later Chief of Training at Slædepatruljen SIRIUS—one of Denmark’s elite special operations units operating in Northeast Greenland. He also served as a Military Observer for the United Nations and as a Captain in the Danish Army and Navy. This military background has provided him with a highly disciplined, structured, and strategic mindset that he brings into all his advisory work.
Kasper holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Roskilde University and has completed the Executive Board Program at INSEAD.

Former officer in the Danish Armed Forces and UN observer in India and Pakistan. Served as Head of the Training School for the SIRIUS Patrol as well as Captain in both the Army and Navy.
