Søren Christiansen is the co-founder of AS/3. The company had offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland with more than 200 employees when he sold his stake. Since then, Søren Christiansen has been active as a business advisor, investor, chairman and board member in companies such as Hungry.com, Temponizer.dk, Mobaro.com, and MoreMusic.io.
He holds a Master’s degree (cand.merc.) in International Business from Aarhus University.

At Flair Capital and previously, has participated in and advised on numerous transactions, including company formations in Denmark and abroad, capital raising for growth companies, as well as acquisitions and divestments.

2: Board Work
Over a period of more than 15 years, has served as chairman and board member in companies within traditional industry, trade, as well as IT and e-commerce.
3: International Experience
Extensive international work, including responsibility for establishing and expanding AS3’s offices in Norway, Sweden, and Finland; managing AS3’s international partnership with LHH, USA; advising on the establishment of a subsidiary in the USA; long-standing board member of Oskar Pedersen A/S, Norway; as well as investor and board member of Formula Properties, Spain.
4: Publications
Co-author of several handbooks and manuals, including “A Dignified Dismissal” (a handbook on termination processes), “The Seven Steps” (a manual on board work), “JobPartner” (a manual on career planning), “Coaching in Practice” (a handbook on coaching), and most recently “Seven Steps”, a Flair Capital manual on growth capital raising and company sales.
