Palle Nørgaard has more than 30 years of experience within M&A, investment, and advisory services. He co-founded Advizer (later Clearwater International) and has since established both Dealhaus, Norgaard Consult, and now PalleNorgaard, where he works with company sales and general advisory.
In addition to his career as an advisor, Palle has founded and co-owned several companies across different industries, giving him both sector insight and extensive process experience. He has also held – and continues to hold – active board positions across industries, ranging from manufacturing and trade to services and sports.

Co-founder of Advizer/Clearwater International and later Dealhaus, where he advised on company acquisitions and sales for more than three decades. Currently runs PalleNorgaard with a focus on M&A processes and strategic advisory.

Has been active in numerous boards, both as owner, co-owner, and external advisor. Experience includes Scanvogn, Claire Group, Viktech, DVT Light, Merito, Bolighuset Living, VM Madrasfabrik, as well as the sports club Aarhus Fremad.
